Adult Program (18+ years)
Life gets busy. Our adult classes accommodate hectic schedules by encouraging drop ins for all of our regularly occurring adult classes. Register in advance by using the links on the calendar and skip the line to pay and sign the waiver. Preregistration is required for specialized clinics.
Our weekly classes are priced affordably at $12 per class. Or purchase a punchcard and get 10 classes for only $95! The punchcard can be used for any $12 class and is valid for one year after purchase. Fees vary for special events and clinics.

Open Gym
A 90-minute open gym consisting of a group warm up followed by independent work on skills and apparatuses of your choice. An instructor is present to help as requested. The open gym wraps up with group conditioning and stretching. Drop in or register in advance. Tuesdays from 7:30 - 9:00pm. Fridays from 5:30 - 7:00pm. Fee: $12
Dance Fusion with Partner Acrobatics
This dynamic fitness class uses various dance training exercises that tone and stretch the body, increase your heart rate, and provide a great overall workout. You will discover new and creative forms of movement by learning from different dance and partnering styles. During class we will learn how to combine dance and acrobatic partnering skills from contemporary dance, contemporary ballet, AcroYoga and circus arts. Mondays from 7:30-8:30pm

Strength Foundations
This beginner strength class takes the mystery out of strength training. Designed for adults who are new to strength exercise, this two month series focuses on learning the basics in a supportive, welcoming setting. You’ll practice safe, effective movements using your own body weight and light free weights while improving balance, posture, and confidence. Sundays from 9:30-10:30am. Fee: $12
Beginner Tumbling
Learn and perfect basic tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands, and cartwheels through progressive drills, strength, and conditioning. Thursdays from 7:30 - 8:30pm. Fee: $12.

Yoga
An hour of a blended yoga class focused on the 8 limbs of yoga. Learn how to connect the breath through pranayama, concentration, self-discipline, posture (asanas), meditation and oneness with the self. All levels welcome. Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:00pm. Fee: $12.

We host clinics focusing on specific skills, apparatuses, partner balancing, and movement techniques. Check our calendar regularly and join our mailing list to keep up to date on specialized clinics. Prices vary.
